Acrobat 3.0 Version still available!

• The new AXIS "Polymer Handbook" originally published at AVS in 1997 proved so popular that we've provided an (updated) electronic version. This is an Adobe "Acrobat" PDF (Portable Document Format) file for maximum utility - the document is fully searchable and printable on all major computer platforms from the SUNs of VISION systems to regular PCs - and maintains the useful ´landscape´ page layout for detailed spectrum display.

  Contact Dave to reserve your copy, if you would prefer a copy on PC format floppy disk (Acrobat version 2.1) by regular mail, and in the meantime here´s an eight page preview (again a "2.1" pdf file - no password needed) to give you a flavour of the quality of the data (this Acrobat 2.1 reader file is 170kB or so and freely available for on screen use only). A full Acrobat 3.0 version is available here (about 450kB) which has extended indexing, search, and print facilities. Its twenty eight pages contain 45 spectra from 15 materials, including wide scans, core levels, and valence bands with detailed peak fits, notes, comments, and references, to provide a substantial reference set as well as an indication of the the superb resolution, sensitivity, and charge balance capability of AXIS 165.

  If you´re not familiar with the "Acrobat" style or haven´t got an Acrobat reader or browser "plug-in" on your system, the modules are freely available from the Adobe site and many other sources
