September onwards, the apprentice will be undertaking:

•Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

This will take place over a course of 3 ½ years with a mixture of a 6-9 month block, day release and 20% of the apprenticeship being company based.

In-House:

Whilst not only learning to excel in their job role gaining valuable skills and mastery of their craft, all apprentices are given the opportunity to explore the other departments within the business.  This training gives an opportunity to see how the business runs as a whole and may inspire a possible career path.  This takes place within the first 2 years of the apprenticeship.

Where to next…

During the course of the apprenticeship, you will grow and adapt to the way things work and gain experience enabling you to take a flexible, multi-skilled role within the business.

Kratos thrives on giving opportunities for continuous development to staff, offering the chance for movement not only upwards in the business but to other departments to build your skillset.
